How do I play Iron Door?

Click to lock the mouse, then look with the mouse and walk with WASD or the arrow keys. Hold Shift to sprint while you have stamina. On a phone, drag on the left of the screen to walk and on the right to look. Every level hides an exit door somewhere in the endless rooms: spray-painted arrows on the walls point toward it. Walk into the door to go down a level. Walk into almond water bottles to drink them.

What drains sanity in Iron Door?

Time in the rooms drains it slowly, being near an entity drains it fast and getting caught costs a big chunk. Almond water restores it. When it reaches zero you are lost and the run ends; your deepest level and time are saved as your record.

Level 0 The Lobby (yellow rooms, buzzing lights, wanderers), Level 1 The Habitable Zone (dark concrete warehouse, hounds), Level 2 Pipe Dreams (red pipe tunnels, skin-stealers), Level 3 The Electrical Station (green machinery, smilers that only move when you look away) and Level 4 The Poolrooms (white tiles and water, where the Iron Door waits).
